General Conditions
HatDaddy provides custom-decorated headwear made to customer specifications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Custom Products & Orders
All products sold on HatDaddy.shop are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- All designs, logos, text, colors, and placements are created and approved by you. Placement of the order indicates your approval.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified
- All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy
Artwork & Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs prior to production. HatDaddy is not responsible for errors that appear in the final product if they were present in the approved proof, including spelling, layout, or logo quality.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 10–12 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control. Shipping transit times are not included in production estimates.
Shipping
HatDaddy offers free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional cost. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. HatDaddy reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.
Intellectual Property & Customer Content
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use that content or have permission from the rights holder. You grant HatDaddy the right to use submitted content solely for the purpose of producing your order and for marketing examples unless otherwise requested in writing.
Limitation of Liability
HatDaddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
HatDaddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
