Shipping policy

At HatDaddy, we believe great custom hats shouldn’t come with surprise shipping costs.

All orders ship FREE to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). There are no minimums, no hidden fees, and no surprises at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are welcome, but shipping charges will apply. Shipping costs for these locations are calculated separately, and we will contact you with the applicable rate before production begins.

All hats are custom-made to order. Production begins after artwork approval and typically takes 10–12 business days, after which your order will ship via our selected carrier.
